purchaseKPI is a web-based tool for purchasing professionals who want to manage suppliers, purchase orders, deliveries, complaints, and key metrics in one place.
The Free version lets you use the tool with up to five suppliers. Once the limit is reached, you can continue working with existing suppliers or upgrade to Plus.
Plus is for users who need to work with more than five suppliers. When you upgrade, your account is registered as Plus and its payment status is displayed.
After signing in, you reach the account selector where you can choose Plus. The account is upgraded immediately and you receive information about the outstanding payment.
A new Plus account has an “unpaid” status until payment is registered. A payment reminder is shown in the account selector in the meantime.
You can save supplier names and numbers, contact details, addresses, contract status, risk level, certifications, payment terms, and lead times.
You can track purchase volume, number of orders, on-time delivery, average delay, quality deviations, complaints, and each supplier's share of total spend.
Yes. You can update saved details on the supplier page. You can also delete a supplier, but associated order, shipment, complaint, and item data may then be removed as well.
Go to the Sign in page and enter the email address and password used to create the account. After signing in, you can select or check your account type.
Each account is assigned a unique internal table number used to keep its business data separate from other users' data.
Your data is securely stored in our database in a Swedish data center. For added privacy, you can anonymize suppliers. PurchaseKPI does not require identifying supplier details—you can use names such as Supplier A, Supplier B, and Supplier C.
